Requirements for Implementing RTT into the Core Network
Due to the EU’s mandatory directives (EECC 2018/1972 and EAA 2019/882) that requires Real-Time Text (RTT), and by extension, Total Conversation, the implementation of RTT has become a hot topic in Europe. However, it is not always clear how to best incorporate RTT into the already very complex and demanding infrastructure that Emergency Services have.
In this video, we will help you to understand the key features and standards for Next Generation 112 and Next Generation 911, and further explain the requirements for implementing RTT into the Core Network. This will better prepare you for the decisions and work that come with these new directives.
