DKI presents “The Unheard World” to highlight the current crisis in Syria

Philanthropy is very important to us at nWise. It’s part of our vision to create communication for all. Therefore we are very proud to sponsor DeafKidz International (DKI) initiative Syria: The unheard world.

A unique event combines the Deaf and hearing artists of Audiovisability. It merges live painting, sign language, music and photography in a powerful message that highlights home, migration, displacement and loss form the perspective of the deaf. Thus creates a great focus on DKI’s work on protecting the needs of young and deaf people in Syria. The event takes place in the 1st of November at LABS House, London between 5.30 pm – 8 pm.

This is not the first time nWise work with  DKI, UK’s leading organisation working to respond to the protection, wellbeing and health needs of Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing  and DeafBlind young people and children in complex humanitarian setting with low resources.
